Pilates

Barre

Barre is inspired by ballet technique and blends elements of dance, Pilates, and strength training into a dynamic, low-impact workout. Classes emphasize small, controlled movements and high repetitions that create strength and definition without bulk. While its foundation comes from ballet, no dance experience is required — Barre is designed for everyone. The focus is especially on core, legs, and glutes, helping to sculpt and tone while improving posture, endurance, and overall stability.

Yoga

Meet the Owner

Latina, first-generation entrepreneur, and proud Nipomo local—Maricruz Sanchez is the heart behind FiT Höuse Studios. From selling tamales with her parents to homes in San Diego and now running two community-focused businesses in Old Towne Nipomo (Bubbles and Tea + Fit House), she’s on a mission to bring life, movement, and connection to her hometown. Her vision? A vibrant, walkable downtown where small businesses thrive and people come together.
